JCA Development was founded in 2015 by Jorge, a Phoenix native who learned the trade from the ground up and believed that painting contractors could and should do better. Better prep. Better materials. Better communication. Better results.
What started as a one-man operation has grown into a team of multiple skilled painters and remodelers serving hundreds of homeowners and businesses across the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. But the core values haven't changed: show up on time, do the job right, and leave every property better than you found it.
